We are a Bangkok practice that helps product teams understand what happens when the same person continues an app task on a second device.
Registered business
The official registered business name is Cloudroutebase Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2019 in Lat Krabang, Bangkok, after its founders spent several years reviewing session exports for consumer apps that struggled to explain phone-to-desktop drop-offs.
Early projects were short continuity checks for local booking and media products. As more teams asked for full path sampling across device classes, the work settled into a named practice: cross-device user behavior analysis with written audits and facilitated readouts.
How we work
We stay close to evidence. Sampled journeys, event dictionaries, and stakeholder interviews come before recommendations. Findings are written so engineering can estimate them, and so marketing can see where attribution rules disagree with account-level truth.
