A clear method for cross-device analysis

We keep every engagement grounded in your live app traffic: shared access, sampled paths, tagged handoffs, and a readout your stakeholders can argue with productively.

Four phases we reuse across audits

The Cross-Device Journey Audit follows this spine; shorter reviews compress the same steps.

Week 0–1

Access and framing

We confirm the journeys that matter, collect your event dictionary, and verify read-only access to analytics. You name device classes in play—usually phone plus desktop, sometimes tablets in shared homes.

Week 2

Path sampling

We pull sequences where a second device appears within a day of the first. Each sample is tagged for resume success, identity certainty, and missing fields such as draft IDs or cart tokens.

Week 3

Gap ranking

Breaks are ranked by how often they appear and how severe the user recovery cost looks. We separate measurement fixes from product fixes so engineering estimates stay honest.

Week 4

Readout and backlog

You receive a written audit, annotated examples, and a 90-minute live session. The backlog is ordered for a sprint conversation—not a slide deck of abstract principles.

What we need from you

  • Read-only analytics access and a current event dictionary
  • Two or three journeys that already feel fragile across devices
  • A product owner and an analytics owner available for the readout

What we never pretend to sell

Cloudroutebase delivers analysis and facilitation. We do not host dashboards, install SDKs, or replace your analytics vendor. If instrumentation is missing, we will say so and pause until measurement prep is realistic.
