Refund and cancellation policy

Scope
This policy applies to paid consulting engagements with Cloudroutebase Co., Ltd.—including the Cross-Device Journey Audit, Session Continuity Review, Attribution Alignment Consultation, and Behavior Brief Workshop. This site does not sell physical goods or software subscriptions.
Eligibility and timeframe
Refund requests must be emailed to hello@cloudroutebase.digital within 14 days of the charge you dispute, unless the statement of work sets a different window. Include the invoice reference and reason.
Full refund
A full refund is available if we cancel an engagement before kickoff, or if you cancel in writing more than seven days before the scheduled start and no preparatory work has begun.
Partial refund
If work has started—access review, path sampling, or workshop preparation—we may refund the unused portion after deducting documented time already spent, rounded to the nearest half day at the rates in your statement of work.
Non-refundable items
Completed readouts, delivered audit documents, finished workshop briefs, and third-party room or travel costs already incurred for on-site facilitation in Greater Bangkok are non-refundable.
Deposits
Projects may require a deposit to reserve dates. Deposits become non-refundable once sampling or facilitation prep begins, except when we cancel.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a workshop or readout once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of 10% of the engagement fee. Repeated no-shows for scheduled sessions without 24 hours’ notice may forfeit that session’s allocated fee.
Work already started
When path sampling or document drafting is underway, cancellation converts the engagement to a partial delivery: we share work-in-progress notes and invoice for time spent.
Refund process and timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank transfer refunds inside Thailand may require matching account details from the payer.
