Acceptance
By accessing cloudroutebase.digital or engaging Cloudroutebase Co., Ltd. for cross-device user behavior analysis, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
Services described on this site
Pages describing analyses, rates, and methods are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope in writing (email or signed statement of work). Website forms request information; they do not create an automatic contract.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, layout, and brand marks, belongs to Cloudroutebase Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed to the client as stated in the statement of work. You may not republish our marketing copy or field notes without permission.
Client materials
You retain ownership of analytics exports, event dictionaries, and recordings you share. You grant us a limited license to use those materials solely to perform the agreed analysis and to retain working copies for the retention period in our privacy notice unless you request earlier deletion where legally permitted.
Liability
Analysis findings are advisory. We do not warrant particular product metrics, revenue outcomes, or vendor behavior. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Cloudroutebase Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on advisory recommendations. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, or submit unlawful content through forms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, unless a statement of work specifies a different dispute process.
